As u can see, i have posted a Petition for immediate improvements. As an addict of Gunbound i will start off by refraining myself from charging or purchasing during the next upcoming Valentine Event.

Unless someone do something drastic, GIS will not listen and take us for granted.

COntractually any items purchased is binding. ANy changes made will deem void, and it is only rightful we as customers get our compensation / refund back if you as customers , feel u are being cheated.

As customers, we expect 101% customer services, before and after. We expect a high level of fairness, integrity and professionalism from the sellers.

If all else fails, i will have to seek legal help in compensation. For now, im going to do what i think i ought to do. Stop charging.

US$200k a day x 1 week is 1.4MIL lost in income. THIS IS A WAKE UP TO ALL.

In addition to the aforementioned, I will note here that with all the money that the main Softnyx corporation is currently reeling in, you'd think they'd have enough money to hire someone from overseas, being paid minimum wage just to write notices that can be comprehended by most of the players, or even one that can at least understand what their playerbase is trying to communicate to them when it comes to private inquiries, such as via e-mail or "Mail Q & A"?

Softnyx needs to open their eyes and see that they are killing a playerbase for the game that initially got them off the ground (seperation from NEXON). Although I cannot comment for any other games that Softnyx currently hosts, as I don't have enough readily available information regarding these games in how successful they have been.

I'm glad to see that a nice handful of users are putting their feet down and realizing that their money is being well-spent on egoistic game masters (Observador -> God of GB. LOL) and almost nothing else. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the majority of the game is client-side, and in order to stop a lot of these hacks, they have to start improving the game by re-writing the backend to be almost entirely server-sided.

Post this in Softnyx Freebaord Bro / Sis ... Hightlight to the players. Create awareness .
